Usually, This Machine Is Used By Cooperating With Manipulator Mechanical Arm.


* The Main Motor Is A Frequency Conversion Motor, Which Can Realize Different Sawing Line Speeds By Adjusting The Frequency Converter, So As To Meet The Sawing Requirements Of Different Materials.


* The Saw Blade Tension Is Hydraulic Controlled. The Tension And Loosening Of The Saw Blade Are Operated Manually By Handle Of The Hydraulic Valve.


* The Blade Guiding Device Is Divided Into Upper And Lower Guides. The Upper Guide Arm Is Movable. The Movements Of The Upper Guide Arm Can Be Adjusted By The Hydraulic Cylinder. It Is Convenient To Change The Sawing Height According To The Workpiece Height And Ensure The Sawing Accuracy.


* The Aluminium Cutting Band Saw Machine Is Designed With A Plate Chain Conveying Device, Which Is Installed Above The Table Of The Saw Frame. The Conveying Device Can Be Forward And Reversed. The Forward Rotation Is Used To Transport The Scrap That Fell From Sawing, And The Scrap Is Transported To The Receiving Trolley.


* In Order To Prevent From Continuing To Run When The Saw Blade Is Broken, The Machine Tool Is Designed With A Broken Blade Protection Device. When The Blade Is Broken, The Machine Tool Will Automatically Stop Running And Send A Fault Signal.
